Shipping and return options
We offer two options for shipping; Australia Post or local pick up (Geraldton only)
-Australia post
Postage is a flat rate of $9 Australia wide. All orders will be sent within 48 working hours of receiving payment, and an email will be sent once order has been shipped. Once item has been posted, we accept no responsibility for lost items as the item is now in the hand of Australia Post, although we will give assistance to track parcels that have not arrived after 10 working days. By paying postage fees you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
-Local pick up
Local pickup is available for residents of Geraldton and near surrounds only. Availability for local pick up will be discussed with customer upon purchase via email. We will reserve at least one day within the week for customers to pick up. Picking this option means you agree with the terms and conditions stated. Please enter NOSHIP at checkout to apply discount on shipping charges if intending to do local pick up.
Refunds
We look over every item upon delivery, therefore we can ensure all items are to a high standard. It is with this in mind that we agree to refund for faulty items only at customers expense and only for those customers who have received through shipping. If you have picked up your item locally, you will not be offered a refund for faulty items or wrong size as you inspect your item before purchase. Wrong size is available for exchange or store credit at customers expense also.
